Polo Phil is made of 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane. The fabric is GOTS-certified and thus meets the strictest sustainability requirements applied in the textile industry. Our labels are also already made from sustainable materials and even the buttons are made from recycled materials.

Lovetrigger was created because the environment was not doing well. It was time to provide a positive impact to a sector that is the second most polluting in the world after the oil and gas industry. Therefore, we chose materials that have the least possible harmful impact on the environment. We also work with companies that take social responsibility in different areas.

It is certainly no coincidence that our clothing is made in the Netherlands. It is true that the costs are considerably higher than in, for example, Portugal and Turkey (well-known production countries for sustainable brands), but by producing in our own country we ensure far fewer CO2 emissions. And we are proud to help revive an industry that almost disappeared in the Netherlands. With many new Dutch people from countries like Syria and Iraq picking up their old tailoring craft here again, more and more clothing is being made in the Netherlands.

When delivering our items, we look for the most sustainable shipping solution, with the least carbon emissions possible. No part of the packaging contains plastic, everything is made from recycled or recyclable FSC cardboard
