Orders in our webshop are done via the product pages. There you select the item you want to order, the size and color and the number. Then click on ‘Add to cart’ to place the products in the shopping cart.

If you are ready to order, click on the shopping bag with a heart in the top right of the screen. Then click on ‘View cart’ if you want to check what’s in the cart, or on ‘Checkout’ if you want to pay directly.

In the shopping cart, you have the option to enter any discount code/voucher code. Once applied, you will see the discounted amount in the ‘Cart totals’ pane.

Then click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete the order.

In the LOVE TO CHECK OUT screen, you will see an overview of your order as well as the address for the invoice and, if desired, a different delivery address. Furthermore, on the right side of the screen are the details of your order. Below that you can select the payment method (see next paragraph Payment).

Please note that clicking on ‘pay order’ means that you accept our terms and conditions and confirm that you have checked your order and your personal data. They are therefore fixed from that moment on.

When you have clicked on ‘pay order’, you will be redirected to the payment environment. After the payment has been completed you will receive a confirmation of your order via email containing an overview of the items ordered, your personal details and you will be informed of a number of rights you have as a buyer, including the right of withdrawal. Upon receipt of your payment, the delivery procedure will be initiated and we will ensure that your order is deliveredas soon as possible.
