No pointless miles with our deliveries
Every kilometer traveled by a CO2-producing vehicle is one too many. That is why we keep the distances short and put the brakes on polluting logistics. For the transport of our fabrics we have deliberately chosen suppliers as close to home as possible. Also for the delivery of our clothing to you as a customer we try to minimize the impact on the environment and especially the CO2 emissions
Our clothing reaches you through fietskoeriers.nl. This is a carrier that delivers by bicycle in 60 Dutch cities. Between cities they use biofuel vehicles. Only in places beyond their reach do they rely on DHL, a company that is also increasingly committed to sustainable transport. As far as we know, fietskoeriers.nl offers the cleanest way of delivery in the entire country. If you know of an even more sustainable alternative, please let us know!
If you are not at home when your order is delivered by fietskoerier.nl,we will try to deliver the package at your neighbors. If that fails, and the package cannot be delivered three times in total, the package will be returned to sender. If your parcel is delivered by DHL (in places where fietskoeriers.nl does not deliver) the parcel is dropped off at a DHL service point after a first failed delivery attempt. There you can pick up the parcel yourself.
Are delivery charges still a thing of the past? We think so, because free shipping is the flywheel for many pointless, polluting kilometers. That’s why for orders up to EUR 199 you pay EUR 4.95 in delivery costs, above that amount delivery is free. By the way, we always take a part of the delivery costs on us, shared sorrow is half sorrow.
Our goal is: every order out the door the same day. Do you order on the weekend? Then we will process your order on Monday. For delivery we remain dependent on our delivery service fietskoerier.nl.
